F.A.Q's - WEBSITE PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INFO!

I am pleased to announce that a Paypal payment facility has been added to the ways you can now pay on our website. Ways to pay can be selected in the payment part of the shopping cart (please use the drop down box to select the various ways to pay).

When adding items to your shopping cart, the page automatically times back to the previous page you have been shopping on. If you want to view the items and ammend quantities in your shopping cart, please click "View Cart" at the top right hand corner of the page. To Checkout and pay for your goods, please go to "Checkout" at top right of the page. If anything becomes a little complicated, please do not hesitate to call me and I can help you or alternatively, drop me an email.

Ways to pay are as follows and are selected by using the drop down box in the payment methods section:
Payment Via Telephone
Cheque Payment Before Delivery
Credit Card Details Sent Separately (a printable form appears which can be emailed, faxed or posted)
Credit Card Using Java Encryption
Paypal Website Payments

Some credit card users may experience a problem with the Java Encryption due to new and various versions of Java that are not always accepted by our website. This is a problem we are working on. In this instance, please do not hesitate to contact me with your details or select any of the other options.

Please note, goods are not despatched until payment is received.

Shipping is generally by UPS depending on the size, weight and destination of parcel. We will generally send an email with a tracking number for your goods. In some instances, there may be surcharges on shipping for some items and if shipping becomes unviable for me then I will advise on this. If you want to place an order but think that the postage is too high per cost of parcel (ie for a very small, light item which can be put in post especially for overseas countries such as Australia and USA) then please contact me and I can get you prices for this. This does mean I cannot guarantee the most efficient shipping method and may not be trackable. Please note, shipping rates are set to ensure coverage of large and lengthy parcels which many of our tools can become.

UK Standard postage - £5.50
UK 1st Class - £9.95
EU Countries and Rest of Europe - £10.95
USA/Canada - £25.00
Australia/Rest of World - £35.00
