The many thousands of different carving tool shapes and sweeps are a mine field for the beginner but Robert Sorby have simplified this choice by only offering 24 of the most universally used chisels. The chisels are made from Special Sheffield alloy steel unique to Robert Sorby for edge tool manufacture. They have excellent balance because of their thinner blade sections. Robert Sorby carving tools undergo a stringent heat treatment process to ensure the finest edge retention and are polished to a razor sharp edge so they are ready for use.

Available in Square Chisels, Skew Chisel, Straight Gouges, Veiners, Bent Gouges, Spoon Bit Gouges, and V Tools.
