The Crown Cryogenic Skew Chisels are one of the most comprehensive ranges available in the world. They offer the choice of standard, round, square, diamond point and rolled edge: a range that will encompass your working needs. Used to smooth items such as cylinders, clean the end grain of spindle, cut shallow curves, beads etc. A very useful tool if you require a smooth finish!

This cryogenic range offers the high quality turning tools with a difference. These cryogenically treated tools mean that now you can turn more and sharpen less often! The tools are made from M2 steel which is taken down to temperatures as low as -300 degrees which changes the molecular structure of the steel to create a hardness that means as a turner, you have a longer lasting tool. Fitted with a beautiful black ash handle.

Available in different sizes: 1/2″ (12mm), 3/4″ (19mm), 1″ (25mm) and 1 1/4″ (32mm)
