Robert Sorby Chattertool

Description

The Robert Sorby Chattertool creates an infinite variety of decoration on end-grain by altering cutter, cutter length, lathe speed or position of tool rest.

Available in two versions. The Chattertool has two different chatter cutters, a Square & Point Cutter (bottom cutter pictured) and a Domed & Hollow Cutter (pictured above bottom cutter). The Chattertool Kit contains the Chattertool with the two chatter cutters and a shear scraper cutter which allows shear scraping to a perfect finish on any piece of work due to its teardrop shape.
